Shipping and returns

Until the end of the year (2020) we only deliver in The Netherlands.

Standard shipping takes about two to five business days. Shipping times may take longer in December and June.

We follow all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item does not arrive on time, please let us know and we will search for your item for you. If your order cannot be delivered to you within 24 hours, we will reimburse the shipping costs.

Items can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be worn or washed. We would like to ask you to notify us immediately when an item is delivered damaged.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Repack the item, attach the label to the original packaging and return it to us.
